I can't log in with my email
If you can't log in via Email, you can access your account by entering your phone number and the password you used while creating your account.
If you think you have entered your password and email correctly but still cannot log in, you can reset your password via "I forgot my password" option and try to log in again.
You can change your email, but you can't change your phone number. Each phone number remains connected to only one account.

If you can't log in with your phone number, you can access your account by also entering the password you used to create an account with your email.

If you are a Digicel subscriber, you can change your email, but you can't change your phone number through billo application. Each phone number remains connected to only one account. If you are not a Digicel subscriber, you can change your phone number from your profile page after you log in.
