You can easily check your balance using the My Digicel App!
Step 1. Login into the My Digicel app with your Digicel ID and password.
Step 2. Your account balance will be shown on the home screen
Step 3. Select the ‘Menu’ button (
) at the top left hand corner of the app. Select ‘Account & Balances’. This will display the balances for any plans or bonus credit on your account.
