If you are facing technical issues with your TV, please follow the re-scan process below.
Re-scan Process - For Digicel Play TV
- On your remote select Menu
- Select Settings.
- Hover over Channel Search and press OK.
- Hover over Satellite 001 and 003 and press OK to deselect . (Only 002 should be selected or ticked)
- Hover over Satellite 002 and press the OPT button.
- Now hover over Transponder 001 and 003 and press OK to select. ( Only 002 should not be selected or ticked)
- Hover over either 001 or 003 and Press the Blue button on the remote.
- A Channel Search Pop up box will appear. Press OK.
- Now the next window will display the scanning progress at the bottom of the screen. Once the progress completes 100% channels will automatically save.
Ensure to leave your screen and Digicel Play box switched on after re-scanning process. Regardless of the error message.
