You can renew, cancel auto-renewal and upgrade your data plan on MyDigicel.
I want to change/upgrade my plan
Step 1. Select “Log In”.
Step 2. Enter your phone number in the space provided; Select “Continue.” A 4-digit code will be sent through SMS (text message). Enter the code in the slots and select ‘Continue.’
Step 3. You will be logged in automatically. Select “”.
Step 4. Select “My Active Plans”. You will see the plan/plans that are currently active on your account. Here, if you want your plan to automatically renew, cancel the auto-renewal of your plan or upgrade your plan, you may do so.
Step 5. Select “Renew”.
Step 6. Your plan renewal will be confirmed shortly.

Step 5. Select “Opt Out”.
Step 6. By opting out of the plan, it will not auto-renew and the plan will terminate at the time of its validity (example a one day plan will end in 24 hours.)
